1. What Venue Radar is

Venue Radar (venueradar.com.au, "we", "us"; ABN 71 835 181 543) is an information service operated in Australia. We compile publicly available Queensland liquor and gaming licensing information — new licence applications and licence transfers published on the Office of Liquor and Gaming Regulation (OLGR) register — and deliver it as a weekly feed and website.

2. Information only

Everything we provide is information compiled from public records. It is not legal, financial, or business advice, and not a recommendation to deal with, or refrain from dealing with, any person or business. Licensing status changes and records can contain errors or delays — always verify against the official OLGR register before acting or making contact.

3. Source data and its limits

We relay records as published by OLGR. We cannot know about, and do not report, anything not on that register. An absence of a signal does not mean a venue is not opening or changing hands. We aim to sync daily but do not guarantee completeness, accuracy or timeliness.

4. Acceptable use of the feed

Your subscription is for your organisation's own business development. You must comply with the law when contacting anyone in the feed — in particular the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) and the Do Not Call Register Act 2006 (Cth). You must not use Venue Radar to send unsolicited commercial electronic messages without a lawful basis. You must not resell, redistribute or republish the feed or CSV as a standalone product.

5. Subscriptions and payment

The subscription is A$89 per month (GST inclusive), billed via Stripe until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period; cancellation stops future billing and is not pro-rated. Unsubscribing from emails does not by itself cancel Stripe billing — contact support@venueradar.com.au to cancel billing.

6. Australian Consumer Law

Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes those rights. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude other warranties; our total liability is limited, at our election, to re-supplying the service or refunding the fees for the current billing period; and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss (including lost profit, business, or opportunity) from your use of, or reliance on, the service.

7. Data licensing

Underlying licensing records are © State of Queensland and remain subject to their source terms. Venue Radar's compilation, classification and presentation are our own.

8. Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; material changes are notified to subscribers by email. These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
