Who we are

Venue Radar (venueradar.com.au; ABN 71 835 181 543) operates in Australia and handles personal information in line with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and the Australian Privacy Principles.

What we collect

From you: the email address (and optional company name) you provide to join the free list or subscribe, and payment records held by our processor (Stripe — we never see full card details). We also keep basic delivery logs.

From public registers: business, licensing and operator information as published by the Queensland OLGR register. This is public-record information compiled into our feed; it is not gathered from you.

How we use it

To deliver the weekly feed and your subscription, to process payment, to respond to enquiries, and to send service messages. We only send marketing emails to people who asked for them, and every email has an unsubscribe link (Spam Act 2003 compliant).

Who we share it with

Service providers who help us operate: Stripe (payments) and Resend (email delivery). We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe any time via the link in any email, and you can ask us to access or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing support@venueradar.com.au.
